我国综合性大学体育人才培养现状研究

A Study of the Current Situation of Sports Talent Cultivation in Comprehensive Universities

通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,对我国综合性大学体育人才培养现状进行了研究。结果表明,综合性大学体育人才培养发展势头良好,培养目标定位具有时代性和前瞻性,课程设置向综合化发展。存在的问题是,综合性大学体育人才培养比重低,专业设置单一;课程体系建设有待进一步革新;科研水平亟需提高;培养体制僵化。认为综合性大学培养体育人才应立足社会需要、结合地方特色;充分发挥优势,加强与体育交叉的新学科的建设;做好与其它专业院系的联合培养工作;国家和地方教育主管部门应在政策和经济上给予引导和支持。

By methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the current situation of sports talent cultivation in comprehensive universities. The result shows that the development tendency is fine, and its positioning comes up with time and is forward-looking. The curriculum is on a tendency of integration. There are still problems that the proportion of sports talent is low in comprehensive universities, and specialized fields are narrow. The system of curriculum needs to be implemented and perfected. The level of scientific research needs to be improved, and the train system is hidebound. It puts forward that cultivating sports talent should be based on the needs of society combining with local characteristics, and highlight their advantages; to strengthen inter-discipline construction related to sports and do combined training of sports talent with other faculties. In addition, the administrative education departments should guide and support universities in policy and finance.
