摘要
本文研究了Si3N4陶瓷与SUS304不锈钢摩擦性能,认为反应烧结氮化硅的微观结构有利于储存润滑介质。同时发现水基润滑剂具有较好的润滑效果,主要原因是摩擦化学反应层的存在使摩擦系数降低。在研究基础上,将氮化硅陶瓷用作金属塑性成形模具材料。实验证明,反应烧结氮化硅陶瓷制造模具可成功用于不锈钢的拉深。
The friction properties of Si 3N 4 ceramics and stainless steel pair were studied in this paper.We found that the micro holes in Si 3N 4 ceramics were beneficial to store lubricant.The water base drawing lubricant can reduce friction parameter significantly because of friction chemical reaction.Based on the above mentioned results,Si 3N 4 ceramics were applied to make die that can draw stainless steel successfully.
