On Students Educating Team Building in Colleges

高校育人的核心队伍即辅导员队伍,迄今仍存在一个较为严重的"老问题",即相当比例的辅导员不安心、不专心。究其根源,是未将学生工作当成一个可一生从事的职业来对待。改变这一状况的根本途径,是通过采取将辅导员设为高校的单独人员系列和规范选聘、认真培训、提升工作状态以及科学考核等措施,积极推进辅导员队伍的专业化。

Counselor team building in colleges is still a serious old problem so far, for a considerable proportion of the counselors does not devote them to the students work, and does not consider students work as a lifetime occupation. The way out is to professionalize the counselors, classify them as separate personnel and at the same time standardize their selection, train them carefully, promote their working enthusiasm, and excise scientific assessment of them.
