Review of Construction of Teaching Faculty for National Defense Education in Universities

回顾建国以来中国高校国防教育师资队伍发展历程,师资队伍从高校师生干部、部队官兵、专职武装干部等为主的兼职军事教员逐渐向高校自有的专职国防教育教师转变。在高校普及性国防教育阶段,师资队伍建设必须由职业化走向专业化。

This article, by reviewing China＇s construction of teaching facalty for national defense education in universities, presents the changes from part-time teachers to full-time teachers for national defence education, pointing out the its construction should be specialized instead of professionalization for national defence education in universities in generalizing phase.
