摘要 采用自制偶联剂对硫酸钙(CaSO4)晶须进行表面处理,研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/CaSO4晶须复合材料的制备方法,并对复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能进行了表征,研究了玻纤增强PPS/CaSO4晶须复合材料的力学性能和微观结构。结果表明,CaSO4晶须加入量及复合材料制备工艺对复合材料的力学性能有较大的影响;随晶须用量的增加复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能都呈先增后降的趋势。CaSO4晶须增强PPS不能作为替代玻璃纤维增强PPS材料,引入玻璃纤维,材料的力学性能将得到很大的提高。 By calcium sulfate whisker surface treatment method, preparation method of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)/CaSO 4 whisker composite were introduced, characterization of mechanical properties and crystallinity of composite, the mechanical property and microstructure of the glass fiber enhanced PPS/CaSO4 whisker were also studied. Results showed that the content of CaSO4 whisker and preparation method had a great effect the mechanical properties of composite ; with the whisker content adding, the mechanical property and the crystallinity of the composite were firstly increased and then decreased, CaSO 4 whisker enhanced PPS could not substitute the glass fiber enhanced PPS, with the introduce of glass fiber, the mechanical property of the material improved greatly.
