摘要
转动铰是连接拱桥拱座与拱肋的临时施工构造,在放张式竖转合龙过程中,转动铰是全桥转体施工成功与否的关键。针对重庆万盛藻渡大桥,建立该桥转动铰实体接触有限元模型,研究转动铰局部应力分布。结果表明:施工过程中转动铰结构整体处于较低的应力状态,局部存在应力集中现象,并据此提出2个控制因素。
The rotating hinge is a temporary construction facility connecting the arch seat and arch rib of arch bridge. In the process of the vertical rotating and closing of releasing and tensioning kind of the arch ribs, the rotating hinge is the crux that determines if the rotating construc- tion of the whole bridge will be successful. In the light of the Zaodu Bridge in Wansheng District, Chongqing City, the finite element model for the contact of the true rotating hinge used for the Bridge is set up and the local stress distribution in the hinge is studied. The results of the study indicate that the hinge structure is in low stress level in the process of construction, however, the concentrated stress exists locally and accordingly two control measures are proposed.
