摘要
采用还原糖测定仪法和DNS法测定甘蔗中的还原糖含量。结果表明,还原糖测定仪法标准偏差、变异系数均小于DNS法,其回收率为99.1%。说明还原糖测定仪法操作简单,测定结果的精密度好、准确度高,是目前甘蔗中还原糖含量的一种快速测定技术。
We employed a Fehling reagent based analyzer and ordinary DNS reagent to standard determine reducing sugar in sugar cane. Results show that the deviation and variation coefficient of a Fehling reagent based analyzer are less than those of ordinary DNS reagent. Its recovery rate is 99.1%. This indicates that a Fehling reagent based analyzer can determine reducing sugar of sugar cane more accurately and rapidly.
