摘要
首先简述了滚动轴承寿命的基本理论以及传统估算方法。然后根据轴承结构与工作特点,指出了滚动体与滚道的接触疲劳是轴承的主要失效形式,通过总结一般结构疲劳分析方法,提出了滚动轴承采用有限元法进行疲劳分析的方法和步骤。针对实际课题,对给定工况下的角接触球轴承B7005轴承接触疲劳寿命的有限元分析,将分析结果与轴承经典寿命估算结果进行了对比,一定程度上验证了提出的滚动轴承有限元疲劳分析法的合理性。
First of all,it introduces the basic life theory and the traditional life estimation method of rolling bearings. Then it points out that contact fatigue between the raceways and rollers is main form of rolling bearing failure. According to the bearing's structure and the its working characteristics,it summarizes the bearing's fatigue life analysis methods and steps by FEA. At last,it completes a contact fatigue life analysis using FEA on the given condition of the angular contact ball bearings B7005. Comparing the FEA result with the classic bearing's life estimation results ,rationality of the FEA method introduced by it is verified.
