摘要
在根据试验参数进行振动试验的过程中,发动机塑料进气歧管发生断裂现象;通过对试件与夹具结构的动态性能和共振扫描进行对比分析,结果表明试件的失效是由夹具与试件共振引起的;通过改进夹具设计与试验验证,问题得到了圆满解决。
Plastic intake manifold is one of the key parts of engine, and the vibration test plays an important role in ensuring the reliability of plastic intake manifold. During the vibration test, rupture of the plastic intake manifold was occurred. The failure cause of the sample was uncovered after comparing the results of dynamic performance analysis of the sample and fixture with the data of resonance sweep test on the fixture structure. An improved design of fixture was presented in order to avoid the rupture of plastic intake manifold.
