摘要
以我国城市规划就业市场人才需求的规模、类型、知识与能力要求分析为切入点,探讨城市规划本科教育的人才定位和知识与能力结构调整策略,在此基础上,针对华中科技大学城市规划专业本科人才的特点,提出其本科人才培养方案调整的思路。
Starting with the analysis over the demands for the number, category, knowledge and capability of urban planning graduates on the employment market, this paper examines the teaching orientation and knowledge structure adjustment strategies of urban planning undergraduate education. Then it provides ideas about adjusting the undergraduate program of the urban planning specialty of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
