摘要
介绍了高速列车中的大型铸铝齿轮箱箱体的铸造工艺,重点从凝固顺序的选择、浇注位置和分型面的确定、浇注系统的设计、造型及熔炼方法等几个方面进行工艺方案分析。实际应用表明,该工艺取得了较好效果,为大型高速铸铝齿轮箱箱体的铸造积累一些经验。
Mainly in aspects such as the choice of the freezing sequence, pouring position, confirmation of the parting face, design of pouring system and moulding & smelting method, etc., the casting technique of large-scale aluminum gearbox block used for high-speed train was presented and analyzed. The application showed that this technique had achieved good results and this accumulated much experience for manufacture of the large-scale aluminum gearbox block used for high-speed train.
