摘要 瓦楞纸板横切机是纸板生产线末端的重要设备,为了解决瓦楞纸板横切机速度的快速跟踪和剪切长度的精确控制等问题,介绍了横切机的生产工艺,分析了横切机的速度跟随特性,采用交流伺服驱动方式和PWM电压控制技术作为横切机系统的控制方案,建立了系统的模型,设计了瓦楞纸板横切机速度跟随模糊PID控制器,利用MATLAB对其进行了仿真研究.结果表明,该控制器组成的系统,具有较好的快速跟随特性,且超调量小,满足了横切机剪切精度的控制要求. Cross - cutting machine of corrugated cardboard are important terminal equipment of cardboard production line. In order to solve the cross - section of fast tracking speed and precise control of the length of shear and other issues, the cross machine production process is introduced, and cross - cutting machine follow the characteristics of speed is analyzed. By using AC servo drive and PWM voltage control system technology as a cross -section of the control program, the system model is set up, cross section of corrugated cardboard is designed to follow the fuzzy PID.speed controller, and the simulation was carried out by using MATLAB simulation. The results show that the composition of the controller system with better features of quick follow, and a small amount of overshoot to meet control requirements of cross - cutting machine shooring precision.
