复方亚甲蓝在肛门手术术后镇痛应用的临床研究

Clinical Study of Methylthioninium Chloride Compound on Analgesia after Anorectal Operation

目的解决肛门手术术后疼痛问题。方法以亚甲蓝为主,配制长效镇痛剂进行临床应用。观察镇痛治疗的效果和不良反应。结果O度疼痛达到5.7%,Ⅰ度疼痛达到84.1%,Ⅱ度疼痛达到10.2%,无明显不良反应。结论亚甲蓝长效镇痛剂用于肛门手术术后镇痛效果满意,但要注意适宜的浓度和注射方法。

Objective Post-operative analgesia of anorectal operation in the study.Methods The patients who had undergone anorectal operations received long-acting methylthioninium chloride compound.The indexes for evaluation included pain extents and post- operative adverse reactions.Results The analgesic efficacy was adopted.There was 5.7 % whose pain reached 0 grade after anorectal operation, 84.1% whose reaching Ⅰ grade, 10.2 % whose reaching Ⅱ grade.There was no evident adverse reaction.Conclusion It is concluded that the long-acting methylthioninium chloride compound is satisfied with terms of emcacy.It is suggested that the concentration of methylthioninium chloride should be fit, and operators should pay attention to how to inject it rightly.
