城市滨水住区建设的可持续发展策略探索——以天津子牙渔湾住区规划为例

EXPLORATION ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL AREA: WITH TIANJIN ZIYAYUWAN RESIDENTIAL AREA AS AN EXAMPLE

滨水区是城市独特的资源。近几十年来,滨水地区的重建和再开发成为许多城市应对城市社会经济结构转型和全球竞争的重要手段。本文从分析国内外城市滨水住区可持续发展的一般原则和研究我国城市滨水住区典型案例入手,从理论和实践两个方面对城市住区的可持续发展进行了研究,进而通过对所主持的天津子牙渔湾住区规划项目的剖析和总结,提出了对滨水住区可持续城市形态的具体建议。

The waterfront area is the unique re- source in urban area. In recent decades, the recon- struction and redevelopment of waterfront areas have become more important in dealing with socio-eco- nomic structural transformation and global competi- tion in many cities. In this paper, it starts with ana- lyzing the general principles of sustainable develop- ment of urban waterfront residential areas home and aboard together with a typical case study of urban waterfront residential area in China, investigates the sustainable development of urban residential areas from theoretical and practical aspects. Furthermore, specific suggestions on sustainable form of water- front residential areas are brought forward based on the analysis and summary of Tianjin Ziyayuwan Residential Area Plan.
