摘要 针对制造业数控加工设备的网络监控和故障诊断服务,提出了一种简单高效的基于DSP芯片的机床数据采集分析系统的软硬件实现方法,它能高速实时地采集机床的各种状态信息、模拟信号及脉冲开关信号等,在不影响机床正常工作的情况下,实现自动实时地采集机床运行中的各种重要参数,从而实现机床现场信息数字化和网络化. To satisfy the needs of the monitor and control of the network and the fault diagnose service of the NC ( Numerical Control) machining equipment in manufacturing industry, a simple and efficient method of data acquisition of machine tool was proposed based on DSP chip. It can quickly acquire all kinds of real-time status message, analog signal, impulse signal, switch signal and so on. Moreover, it may successfully and automatically collect all kinds of important parameters when the normal work of the machine tool is not interfered, which means that digitization and network of the machine tool's real-time information are achieved.
