摘要
日趋严峻的就业形势受到党和政府及高校的高度重视,与此同时,日渐凸显的高校毕业生就业诚信问题,也引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文阐述了高校毕业生就业诚信缺失的表现,深入分析了产生其就业诚信缺失的内外部原因,并提出了重构高校毕业生就业诚信的措施,认为构建诚信社会,完善就业法制,加大诚信教育力度,拓宽就业渠道,提高大学生自身素质是重构毕业生就业诚信的主要方向和途径。
The party and the government attach great importance to the increasingly severe employment situation. At the same time, the problem about trustworthiness among university graduates in job application is gradually appearing, which arouses extensive attention from all quarters of society. This paper enumerates the concrete behaviors of the lack of trustworthiness among university graduates in job application. It analyzes the main reason that brings about the problem, proposes some ways and points out some measures to reconstruct trustworthiness a- mong university graduates in job application. The author thinks that the set up of credible society, the perfection of employment law and enhancing faith education, expanding employment channels, improving their own capabilities will be the main methods of solving this problem.
