摘要
针对蒸汽发生器传热管束和管板相连区域的缺陷检测要求,提出一种根据视频检查图像对各区域进行评价的灰色评价方法,给出评价样例。该评价方法定性与定量分析相结合,以定量分析评价为主,把评价人员提供的分散信息归纳成确切的评价值,能吸收各类基层信息做出高层次系统综合,比常用的求和、求平均值法更符合客观实际,并根据该评价原理用Visual Basic软件编制了灰色评价程序。
A grey evaluation method was put forward to evaluate the qualities of inspected areas by the acquired images, and an example was given to demonstrate the method. Combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation, lays major emphasis on the latter. Based on fundamental information, can draw higher-level conclusion and get exact values from distributive scores provided by the evaluation staff, and it is more rational and objective than conventional methods of summation and average. The computer program of grey evaluation has been developed via Visual Basic.
