福建省ODS生产与消费现状及其影响研究

Study of ODS Production and Consumption and Their Effect in Fujian Province

介绍福建省消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)生产与消费现状,并以2005年福建省ODS排放清单,根据不同行业的ODS消费与排放特点,计算这些物质实际排放量的消耗臭氧潜能值(ODP)值与全球变暖潜能值(GWP)。结果表明,福建省2005年排放ODS所带来的ODP值为2880.556t,GWP值为20658435t,折合标准碳为5.63×106t。说明削减和淘汰ODS,不仅能够保护臭氧层,对控制全球变暖也有很大贡献。

The status of the production and consumption of ozone depleting substances （ODS） in Fujian province was analyzed. The detailed list of ODS emission in 2005 for Fujian province was selected. Based on the consumption and emission character of different industry, the ozone depleting potential （ODP） value of actual emission amount of these substances and global wanning potential （GWP） value were calculated. The value of ODP was about 2880.556 tonnes and the value of GWP was about 20658435 tonnes, which corresponded to 5.63 millions tonnes of carbon equivalent in Fujian province in 2005. ODS deduction and elimination not only could protect ozone layer, but also made great contribution to control global warming.
