摘要
对我国高层建筑发展进行了回顾总结,介绍了我国高层建筑的发展历程、主要特点以及设计研究和标准规范工作,并对今后的发展进行了展望。我国高层建筑发展主要特点表现在建筑高度不断增加且结构体型日趋复杂、钢-混凝土混合结构应用较多,同时由于我国高层建筑大多要考虑抗震、抗风的问题,设计难度较大。高层建筑结构相关的规范标准及研究工作在高层建筑发展中发挥了重要作用。针对我国高层建筑超高、复杂、混合的特点,今后应进一步加强相关研究工作。
The development of high-rise buildings in China is introduced. The main characteristics, the research works, the standards and the future development of the high-rise buildings are presented. The most important three features of high-rise buildings in China are the increasing building height, much more complexity in the shape and type and the wide application of hybrid and composite structures. Because the earthquake and wind load must be considered in the design of high-rise buildings, the design in China is more difficult than that in other areas of the world. The standards and codes that related to research works in high-rise buildings have played an important role in the development of high-rise buildings in China.
