摘要
教师教学行为研究是教师专业化与教学论研究的一个永恒话题。教学行为是一个复杂的动态结构体,选取何种维度对教师教学行为进行分解研究是教学行为研究的前提与基础。我们可以从五种基本的维度开展教学行为研究:(1)基于教学流程的教学行为的分解研究;(2)基于新手教师、专家型教师教学行为的比较研究;(3)基于教学行为功能的分解研究;(4)基于教师偏态性或有效性的教学行为研究;(5)基于特殊教学内容或特殊行为的教学行为分解研究。
Teacher's teaching behavior research is an eternal topic of teacher's specialization and teaching theory research . Teaching behavior is a complex dynamic structure, and what latitude should be selected to decompose and research teacher's teaching behavior is the precondition and foundation of teaching behavior research. We can conduct teaching behavior research from the following five basic latitudes, and they are: the decomposition research based on teaching process; the comparative research based on novice, expert teacher teaching behavior; the decomposition research based on teaching behavior function; the teaching behavior research based on teacher's partial state and valid state; the teaching behavior research based on special teaching context or special behavior.
