摘要
根据中国统计年鉴2008年的数据,利用逐步回归分析、柯布-道格拉斯函数和聚类分析等方法的分析结果显示:大专及以上人口比例对经济发展而言是一个重要指标;人均教育年限的提升对经济增长有显著的拉动效应;教育发展差距显示出明显的地域性。教育资源的公平分配有助于区域经济协调发展。
National prosperity is based on human capital achieved by education. Using the data of China Statistical Yearbook 2008, stepwise regression analysis shows that “the proportion of tertiary education and above” is the most important indicator connected to economic development. The result of CobbDouglas function shows that the average years of education has a significantly positive effect on economic growth. The result of clustering analysis shows that there are significant geographic regional gaps. Equitable distribution of educational resources will benefit the regional coordinated development.
