常用阻垢剂性能的极限碳酸盐硬度法评定

本文介绍了极限碳酸盐硬度法的作用原理及应用价值。此方法主要是利用其原理找出体系的结垢点,通过比较结垢点对应的浓缩倍数K,对HEDP、PBTCA、ATMP、POCA、HPMA、T-225等阻垢剂进行阻垢性能评定。由实验结果表明用极限碳酸盐硬度法来评定用到的设备简单,操作简便,时间较短、简单实用。

In this article the limited carbonate hardness method and its use in the testing and evaluating of Scale inhibitors are introduced.and the inhibition efficiencies of Scale inhibitors,such as POCA , HEDP,PBTCA,HPMA,are evaluated by it.The results of the experiment show that the limited carbonate hardness method is simple ,quick and effective.
