摘要
超高碳钢是国内外近年来发展起来的一种新型的高性能钢铁材料。就铝对超高碳钢石墨化的影响进行热力学计算,提出Fe-1.5C-1.5Cr-xAl系超高碳钢铝引起石墨化临界添加量的质量分数为2.54%。试验表明,试验结果与计算相吻合。
Ultrahigh carbon steel is one new kind of steel with the high property. The paper focuses on thermodynamics calculation for the effect of aluminum contents on uhra-high carbon steel graphitization, and it is proposed that the critical content of aluminum that causes graphitization in the ultrahigh carbon steel Fe-1.5C-1.5Cr-xAl is 2.54%. The experimental result is in agreement with the calculation.
