This paper analyses China＇s situation of development of the railway logistics from many of perspective firstly, then puts forward the problem needed to solve on the railway development of the logistics and gwes the appropriate response to solve the problems, finally, the paper gives the trend of development of China＇s railway logistics scientifically.
