On Actual Effect of Moral Education and Its Evaluation

摘要 德育实效是德育期望功能与现实功能的吻合程度,是德育价值的实现程度,是德育目标的达成程度,是德育效果、效益和效率的集中体现。它具有多层次性与多维度性、外显性与内隐性、平衡性与非平衡性、延时性与反复性、可测评性与测评的模糊性的特点。因此,对德育实效的评价应是多元化的评价主体根据科学的评价标准运用定量分析与定性分析相结合的评价方法对整个评价客体进行全程评价。对于评价结果应当认真研究,不妄下断语。 The actual effect of moral education is the concentration of moral effect, benefit and efficiency, which are the inosculation degree of expectation function and practical function, the implementation degree of value, and the achievement degree of moral goals. It has the characteristics of multi - level and multi - dimension, explicitness and implicitness, balance and non - balance, delay and repeat, accurateness and illegibility of measure. So, the evaluation of the moral actual effect should be include all the objects and based on the scientific criteria, integrated methods and the whole progress. The result of evaluation should he studied carefully and draw the conclusion correctly.
