德育实效是德育期望功能与现实功能的吻合程度,是德育价值的实现程度,是德育目标的达成程度,是德育效果、效益和效率的集中体现。它具有多层次性与多维度性、外显性与内隐性、平衡性与非平衡性、延时性与反复性、可测评性与测评的模糊性的特点。因此,对德育实效的评价应是多元化的评价主体根据科学的评价标准运用定量分析与定性分析相结合的评价方法对整个评价客体进行全程评价。对于评价结果应当认真研究,不妄下断语。
