准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术和准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)和准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对近视散光的治疗效果。方法采用美国VISXSTARS4型准分子激光系统对296例(538只眼)近视散光患者进行治疗,其中LASEK组近视度数在-1.0D~-10.0D,共119只眼;LASIK组近视度数在-1.0D~-16.0D,共419只眼;二组患者散光度数均在-0.5D~-5.0D。结果术后视力:二组患者均随访1年以上,LASEK组视力均≥0.5,其中92.18%的患者≥0.8;LASIK组视力均≥0.5,其中91.87%的患者≥0.8。结论LASEK和LASIK治疗近视散光安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) and laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for correction of myopia astigmatism. Methods VISX STAR S4 excimer was used in the present study. 538 eyes were divided into two groups: group LASEK( - 1.0D to - 10.0D, and astigmatism -0.5D to - 5.0D, 119 eyes) ; group LASIK( - 1.0D to - 16.0D,and astigmatism - 0.5D to - 5.0D,419 eyes). Results All cases were followed up for one year. Uncorrected visual acuity of equal to or more than 0.5 was 100%, of equal to or more than 0.8 in group LASEK was 92.18% ; of equal to or more than 0.8 in.group LASIK was 91.87 %. Conclusion The correction of myopia astigmatism with LASEK and LASIK has proven to be safe and available.
