江西高校教师幸福指数的测度与分析 被引量:16

摘要 本文利用模糊综合评价——一级模糊综合评价和二级模糊综合评价模型,对江西高校教师幸福指数进行测度和统计检验。结果发现,江西高校教师幸福指数具有以下特征:(1)江西高校教师的主观幸福感存在显著的性别差异;(2)年龄和教学年限对幸福指数的影响不显著;(3)收入的增加与幸福指数之间并非呈正比例关系;(4)学历为博士的教师幸福指数最高;(5)职称对教师的幸福指数有一定的影响。因此,从减少高校教师性别差异、收入差异、学历差异、职称差异等四个方面对幸福指数的影响,提出相关的政策建议,以提高教师的幸福指数。 In this article, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation - level one fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and level two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, we measure and test the teachers' happiness index in universities of Jiangxi province. The results show that the following characteristics: (1) There are significant gender differences of happiness among the teachers in these universities; (2) The age and the years of teaching have no significant correlation with the happiness index; (3) There is not a direct proportion relationship between the increase of income and the happiness index; (4) The happiness index of Doctors is the highest; (5) The professional title has a certain impact on the happiness index. Therefore, we advise improving the happiness index of teachers by reducing the differences of gender, income, education and the professional title.
