摘要
利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.MARC,分析了橡胶件由于大变形引起的几何非线性和接触非线性,建立了气缸盖罩垫的轴对称非线性有限元分析模型。提出了评价气缸盖罩垫密封性能的四个性能指标,即变形量、接触应力、接触反力及接触应力分布;对比分析了I形和T形两款气缸盖罩垫的四个密封性能指标。T形气缸盖罩垫在断面面积更小的情况下,借助线密封可达到更好的密封效果。由于断面形状复杂,T形气缸盖罩垫的加工成本较高。
By means of the nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC. MARC, the geometric nonlinearity and contact non-linearity generated by the large deformation of the rubber component were analyzed, and an axisymmetric nonlinear finite element model of cylinder head cover gasket was built up. Four performance indicators for evaluating the sealing performance of the cylinder head cover gasket were presented, namely the deformation, the contact stress, the reaction force and the contact stress distribution. The four sealing performance indicators of two cylinder head cover gaskets (I profile and T profile) were compared. The T profile cylinder head cover gasket in the smaller section area has a better sealing performance due to the linear sealing. But as a result of the complex section profile, the cost of manufacturing the T profile cylinder head cover gasket is higher.
