摘要 [目的]研究不同栽培密度对桔梗质量的影响,找出合适延边地区桔梗栽培的密度,为生产高产优质桔梗提供理论依据。[方法]采用正交试验方法,研究株距和行距的不同处理对桔梗质量的影响,确定了适合桔梗生长的最佳栽培密度。[结果]结果表明,1年生和2年生桔梗均在株距为4cm和6cm时,根长较长,侧根数较少,且侧根数随着行距和株距的增加而增加,适合于1年起获的蔬菜用桔梗的最佳栽培密度为6cm×25cm,适合于2年起获的药、蔬兼用的桔梗的最佳密度为6cm×20cm和6cm×25cm。[结论]1年生桔梗的最佳栽培密度为6cm×25cm,2年生桔梗的最佳密度为6cm×20cm和6cm×25cm。 [ Objective ] The aim was to study effects of different planting densities on balloonflower quality, to find out the suitable density for balloonflower planting in Yanbian area, and provide some reference for producing high yield and quality balloonflower. [ Method ] Using orthogonal test method to research the effects of different treatments with different plant and row spacing, and the optimal plant density which was suitable for growth of balloonflower was determined. [ Result] The result showed that when the plant spacing was 4 cm and 6 cm, the root length of one and two year-old was longer, the number of lateral root was less and the number was increasing by increase of plant and row spacing. It was the optimal density for one year-old balloonflower growth when the plant density was 6 cm × 25 cm, and the optimal densities for two year-old balloonflower growth were 6 cm × 20 cm and 6 cm × 25 cm. [ Conclusion ] The optimal density for one year-old balloonflower growth was 6 cm × 25 cm, and for two year-old balloonflower growth were 6 cm × 20 cm and 6 cm × 25 cm.
