摘要
针对传统的无功补偿控制器反应不够迅速及数据采集功能的不足,设计了一种基于TI公司TMS320LF2407A的动态无功补偿控制器。控制器采用三个单片机模块化设计以提高性能,采用Q格式计算提高运算速度,采用先进的电容器投切方式提高电容器的使用寿命。控制器具有的多种数据采集方式可分别利用GPRS或CDMA网络构成远程无线通信网络或直接采用手抄器或U盘完成对控制器数据的收集。该控制器已在工厂投入使用,运行结果表明该动态无功补偿控制器能快速补偿电网无功,使功率因数保持在较高水平,较好地改善了供电质量,提高了供电系统的经济效益,达到了设计要求,
The traditional VAR compensation device response was not quick enough and data acquisition function insufficient. A low--voltage dynamic VAR compensation device based on TMS320LF2407A was designed. The device uses three MCU to enhance the capability, using Q format improve computing speed, The device has advanced throw cut mode of the capacitor and it can improve the life cycle of capacitors. The device with multiple data collection methods can make use of GPRS or CDMA networks constitute a long--range wireless communi- cations network or direct the use of handset or U disk controller to complete the data collection. The device has been used in factory. The resuits show that the dynamic VAR compensation device can quickly compensate reactive power and maintain it at a relatively high level. The device better improve the quality of supply, improve the economic efficiency of the power supply system has reached the design requirements.
