单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对肾结石模型大鼠的预防作用 被引量:65

摘要 目的:观察单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对肾结石的预防作用。方法:90只大鼠随机分为5组,采用1.25%乙二醇和1%氯化铵制备大鼠肾结石模型,用上述3种单味中药的免煎剂型分别给各实验组大鼠肾结石模型灌胃,对照组用枸橼酸钾,4周后观察尿和肾组织中草酸钙结晶的形成情况。结果:单味中药金钱草组、石韦组、车前子组大鼠肾内草酸钙结晶明显少于模型组,而与西药枸橼酸钾组相当。金钱草组、石韦组、车前子组大鼠尿中草酸钙结晶的排泄均明显多于模型组。结论:单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对预防大鼠肾结石的形成有确切效果,并与西药枸橼酸钾相当,其作用可能主要是通过增加尿中草酸钙结晶的排泄而达到的。 Objective: To study the inhibition effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Lysimachina christina, Pyrrosia and plantagoon urinary calcium oxalate stone formation in rats. Methods: 90 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, 1.25 % ethylene glycol and 1% ammonium chloride were adopted to make the model of rat oxalate renal stones for each group. Rats in testing groups were given three kinds of single Chinese Traditional Medicine: Lysimachina christina ,Pyrrosia and plan: tago respectively, and rats in the positive control group were given tri - potassium citrate. All rats were fed for 4 weeks. Then we observed calcium oxalate stone formation in rats urine and bilateral kidney. Results:The calcium oxalate stone formation in rats bilateral kidney of Chinese Traditional Medicine groups was obviously lower than that in the model group, but equaled that in tri-potassium citrate group. The calcium oxalate stone formation in rats urine of Chinese Traditional Medicine groups was obviously excessive than that in the model group. Conclusion:Chinese Traditional Medicine Lysimachina christina ,Pyrrosia and plantago can obviously inhibit the formation of the kidney calcium oxalate stone in rats, and the effect equals that in tri - potassium citrate group. Moreover, it may be achieved by increasing the excreting of calcium oxalate stone in rats urine.
