22G和24G留置针对糖尿病病人静脉的影响

The different effect of two kinds of vein detained needle on veins of diabetic patients

目的观察22G和24G型号静脉留置针对糖尿病病人静脉的影响。方法152例糖尿病病人分别用22G(76例)和24G(76例)型号静脉留置针,观察置管时间、静脉炎、套管堵塞和输液渗漏指标。结果22G和24G型号留置针的静脉炎发生和留置时间有显著性差异。结论糖尿病病人选用24G型号留置针能减少静脉炎的发生和延长静脉置管时间。

Objective To observe the impact of 22G and 24G vein detained needle on diabetic patients. Methods 152 diabetic patients were used 22G （76 eases） and 24G { 76 eases} vein detained needle, respectively. The detained dura- tion and the incidence of phlebitis, obstructed catheter and fluid leakage were observed. Results The detained duration and incidence of phlebitis in patients with 24G needle were lower than that in patients with 22G needle. Conclusion 24G vein detained needle can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and prolong the detained duration.
