摘要
科研课题组是准正式组织中的特定任务型组织形态,其组织形态具有一定的特殊性。对课题组组织特征进行分析和界定,有利于明晰课题制管理中的组织关系、强化课题组应有的组织规范和实现科研管理中课题制管理体制的创新。
Research group is a task - oriented organization form with a particular characteristic in the quasi - formal organizations. Definition and analysis of the organization characteristics of the research group have several functions, such as obtaining the organization relationship in the management of research group, strengthening the group norms and realizing innovation in the subject management system.
