裂解炉吨乙烯能耗的评价方法和应用

摘要 从裂解炉能耗管理的角度出发,根据工艺操作分析裂解炉节能降耗的方法,提出一种裂解炉吨乙烯能耗的评价方法和近似计算公式,以及该方法在茂名1000 kt/a乙烯装置18台裂解炉上的运用,分析影响裂解炉能耗的主要因素,评价在日常生产管理中如何监控裂解炉能耗。 One method for evaluating the energy consumption per ton of ethylene in cracking furnace is proposed for the energy consumption management of cracking furnace based on the process operation of cracking furnace,and approximate calculation formula is also developed.This method has been applied in eighteen furnaces in the 1,000kt/a ethylene plant in Maoming to identify the main factors influencing the energy consumption of cracking furnace and evaluate how to monitor the energy consumption of cracking furnace in daily production management.
