摘要
为了解决高硬度高耐磨性冲压模材料日本富士D60钨钢的抛光难题,研究了D60钨钢电化学机械复合抛光工艺。在研制了电化学机械复合抛光试验机的基础上,通过对加工间隙、电解液温度、电解液浓度、加工时间等试验参数的正交试验及单因数试验的研究,找到了比较优化的抛光工艺参数。试验表明:在20min内,能将D60钨钢表面粗糙度从Ra1·51μm降到Ra0·2μm左右。
To solve the hard problem of finishing Japanese hard and wearable D60 tungsten steel which is used to make punching die,the tests of electrochemical mechanical finishing D60 tungsten steel were studied. The orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments are used to analysis the influence of clearance,electrolyte s temperature ,electrolyte s concentration and processing times on the basis of build electrochemical mechanical polishing test machine,and the optimal machining parameters are obtained at last.The experiments show that the surface roughness of the work piece falls from Ra 1.51μm to Ra0. 2μm in no more than 20 minutes.
