Toxicity and determination of rotenone: research progress

鱼藤酮是一种线粒体复合体Ⅰ抑制剂,近年来被用于制备帕金森病动物模型。本文对其急性毒性进行综述,并重点介绍鱼藤酮生物样品的前处理和高效液相色谱法测定其含量的方法,将有益于鱼藤酮毒性与血药浓度关系的探讨。

Rotenone, an inhibitor of mitochondria complex Ⅰ , has been used to prepare the model of human Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. This article summarizes its acute toxicity and emphasizes the pre-processing of rotenone samples and the methods of determination by HPLC, which would benefit for the discussion on the relationship between toxicity and plasma concentration of rotenone.
