摘要
在有功调度中考虑火电机组污染物限排目标可有效限制发电生产对环境的不利影响,促进发电厂商自主采用新技术降低污染物排放。为此,研究了初期电力市场短期发电计划中计及污染物排放控制的动态有功优化调度问题,着重考虑不同机组的发电成本及排污成本具有较大差异的特点,建立多个计及排污因素的动态优化调度问题的数学模型,并提出改进算法。算例表明,该模型可以在有功动态优化调度中有效控制发电机组的污染物排放。
The aim of considering generation emission in active power dispatching is to urge generation companies to apply new technologies to decrease pollutant emission on their own account while confining the adverse effects on environments effectively. This paper studies the problem of the dynamic optimal active power dispatching which take into account the control of the pollutant emission in the short-term power generation plan of the initial stage of the electricity market. The differences of the cost of power generation and sewage of different units are focused to be discussed. A number of mathematical models of the dynamic optimal dispatching problems considering the sewage factors are established and improved algorithm is proposed in this paper. A case is provided to illustrate the practicability and effectiveness of the models.
