摘要
本文所探讨的大学生专业选择权,是指在自由和平等的原则下,取得大学学籍的高校在校学生,在了解和认识专业的基础上,为了促进自身更好的发展,根据自身特征、学习能力、兴趣爱好和发展方向等拥有一次及以上自由选择或调整专业的权利。赋予大学生自主选择专业的权利不仅合情、合理而且合法,其实现则需要政府、学校、家长和学生本人等相对义务主体各有所为。
In this paper, undergraduates＇ right in choosing specialized subject means students in college campus at least have once right of choosing or changing their specialized subject on the premise of freedom and equality, learning some specialized subject, advancing personal development, considering personal characteristics,study ability,interest and prospective development. Granting the right in choosing specialized subject to undergraduates is not only sensible and reasonable but also legal. But to realize it needs the respective action of government, college, parents and undergraduates.
