摘要
‘红枝垂’是早春优质的观花树种,但我国园林利用少。其种子有休眠特性,不易萌发,而实生苗生长旺盛、根系发达、寿命长。为了获得其实生苗,对去除内果皮的‘红枝垂’种子进行滤纸、脱脂棉及细沙等3种苗床的发芽试验。结果表明,‘红枝垂’种子的休眠是由内果皮的机械阻碍及通透性引起,非种皮引起。3种苗床的发芽试验中,沙床的发芽效果最好,为62%;脱脂棉床次之,为46%,纸床为18%。试验苗移栽后,生长缓慢,出现类似"生理矮性"的形态。
In order to obtain the seedlings of Cerasus subhirtella var. pendula ' rosea' , the effects of three seedbed types on its seed germination were studied in this paper. The results showed that the seed dormancy of C. subhirtella var. pendula ' rosea' was caused by the hindrance and permeability of endocarp, not the seed coats. In the three seedbeds, the germination rate in the treatment of bed of sand was the best with a 62% of percentage, then followed by in the treatment of bed of absorbent cotton with a 46% of percentage. The germination rate in the treatment of bed of paper was the lowest only with a 18% of percentage. After transplanted, the seedlings were slow-growing, It was considered that the embryo of C. subhirtella var. pendula ' rosea' did not make good after-ripening.
