摘要
从畜禽废水中分离到7株高效降解菌Y1、Y2、F1、G1、G2、J1、J2,经初步鉴定Y1、Y2为芽孢杆菌,F1为放线菌,G1、G2为光合细菌,J1、J2为酵母菌。初步研究了各菌株的特性,并选择COD与NH3—N去除率高菌株进行菌群构建。结果表明该构建方法操作简便,切实可行。反应25d后,在所有构建的菌群中,Y2G2F1的降解能力最好,猪场废水COD去除率可达89.8%,NH3-N去除率达83.6%。
An effective bacterial consortium useful for decomposing high concentrations of COD and NH3-N in livestock wastewater is constructed in the laboratory on the basis of preceding screening/culturing work, in which seven strains were isolated and then mingled preparing different groups of bacterial consortium. The most effective consortium Y2G2F1 sorted out has a capability to remove 89.8% of COD and 83.6% of NH3-N respectively.
