About the Cultivation of Children's Cooperative Capacity In the Activity

《幼儿园教育工作指导纲要》中明确规定了要培养幼儿合作的能力,然而一直以来我国幼儿的合作意识较差,合作能力较低,针对这种情况我们根据幼儿期孩子身心发展的特点提出了在活动的背景下培养幼儿合作能力应当注意的问题:诸如在活动的展开中为幼儿创造合作的环境、制定合作的计划、建立合作的信心;在活动的进行中合理地处理冲突、树立合作的典范、营造合作的秩序等等,以期促进幼儿合作能力的发展。

The Outline and Guide of Kindergarten Education stipulates the training of childeren s cooperative capacity is indispensable,while in our country,the cooperative consiciousness training has been ignored and the cooperative capacity of our children is comparatively low.In order to promote the cooperative capacity of the early childhood development,I have proposed several propositions which we are supposed to pay attention to during the cooperative training acitivities according to the characteristics of children＇ s physical and psychological development, such as creating cooperative enivironment, drawing up cooperative plans, building cooperative confidence, solving of conflicts, establishing of cooperative models and constructing of cooperative order during the implementation of these activities.
