摘要
从管理学和课程设置角度出发,通过实践调查研究,分析影响中职院校计算机类专业学生就业的因子。针对现存问题,从市场导向及实践技能方面对调整课程设置作了建议性的对策探讨,同时,指出就业管理工作是一项系统性工程,需要适时性调整系统的实施方案及操作流程,以适应新形势的需要。
In terms of management science and having done practical survey and studies, in this article we analyzed some affecting factors with regard to the employment of graduates in secondary polytechnics majoring computing specialty from the prospective of curriculum designing, and put forward some suggestive countermeasures on adjusting the curriculum of computing specialtY in accordance with the market orientation and practising skills. Meanwhile, the author pointed out that the employment management work is a systematic project, in order to meet the needs of the new condition, the timely modulation of the implementation scheme and operation procedure are necessary.
