摘要 伴随着改革的不断深入,利益格局的不断调整,我国社会进入了全面转型时期,由各种矛盾引发的"无直接利益冲突"群体性事件也日益增多,这与我们当前构建的和谐社会背道而驰。必须通过培育合理的社会阶层结构,畅通利益表达渠道,加强和谐文化建设,落实官员问责制,用核心价值体系引领多样化思潮,建立冲突过程调控机制,才能够有效地防范与化解"无直接利益冲突"的发生。 With the development of reform and adjustment of interest pattern, our society has been into comprehensively transitional period, therefore the number of non-direct benefit conflicts and mass disturbance caused by various contradictions have increased, which are contrary to harmonious society we build currently. Through fostering reasonable social stratum structure,openning the channels of interest expression, strengthening construction of harmonious culture, carrying out accountability system for officials, leading diversified thoughts with the guidance of the core value system, setting up process regulatory mechanism of conflict, etc, the occurrence of non-direct benefit conflicts can be prevented and defused effectively.
