摘要
回顾中医经典方剂在组成、功效、剂型等方面的古代演变历程,探讨新方创制、配伍研究、古方新用、剂型改革等现代方剂研究的发展趋势,阐释古代经典方剂的形成对现代方剂学科在临床研究和理论创新中的指导意义。
This paper reviews the ancient evolution of classic formulas＇ composition,indication and form of medication,and discusses the tendency of formula＇ s modern research and development which includes creating new formula,exploring the mechanism of compatibility,extending new indication of ancient formula,and reforming form of medication.The history of classic formula in traditional Chinese medicine can enlighten the contemporary formula study as to clinical research and theory innovation.
