枯草芽孢杆菌是革兰氏阳性细菌,能形成芽孢,是一些重要工业酶制剂的生产菌。由于其具有非致病性、分泌蛋白能力强的特性和良好的发酵基础,所以应用十分广泛。文章通过总结归纳其在医药、农业和其他研究领域的应用现状,分析其应用中存在的问题和产生问题的原因,希望能够为从事此领域研究的人员提供参考。

Bacillus subtilis is one of some industrial production enzyme bacteria, and a Grampositive bacteria, which can form spores. Because it has the basis of non-pathogenic characteristic, the ability to secrete the protein and a good basis for fermentation, it has a wide range of application. This paper summarized the status of its application in the fields of medicine, agriculture and other researches, the analysis the problems and the reasons of problems within its application would like to provide a reference to the people who are studying on this area.
