摘要
以泥鳅为研究对象,研究不同浓度醋酸钾和染毒时间对泥鳅的急性毒性和红细胞微核形成的影响。结果表明,4种不同浓度的醋酸钾均能诱发泥鳅红细胞微核。且试验组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,泥鳅红细胞的微核测定法可作为监测水环境中致突变化合物的一个较为实用的指标。
Taking Misgurnus anguillicadatus as test fish, this paper studied the influence on acute toxicity and erythrocytes damage with different CH3COOK concentration and contamination time. The results showed that all the four different concentrations could increase the frequency of micronuclei significantly. The results suggested that erythrocyte micronuclei method could be used to be a practical guideline to test the mutant compound in the environment.
