复合PCR同时检测淋球菌沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立复合PCR同时检测淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)。方法:用复合PCR检测了116例尿道(宫颈)拭子,与传统方法及单对引物PCR对照。结果:与NG涂片或培养、CT直接免疫荧光检查、UU培养比较,复合PCR检测NG、CT、UU敏感性分别为100%、96.9%和33.3%,特异性分别为94.3%、92.9%和94.4%,与NG-PCR、CT-PCR、UU-PCR的符合率分别为100%、97.4%和41.3%。结论:复合PCR可快速、敏感、特异地一次性检出NG、CT、UU泌尿生殖道感染,并可初步区分UU正常寄居抑或致病二种不同状态。 Objective: To develop a multiplex PCR technique to detect N.gonorrhoeae,C.trachomatis,and U.urealyticum simultaneously in urogenital infections.Methods:The multiplex PCR system was developed.116 urogenital specimens were evaluated with the multiplex PCR,and compared with independent PCR and other controlling methods.Results:Compared with the stained smears or culture for NG,direct immunofluorescent assay for CT and culture for UU,the sensitivity of multiplex PCR was 100%,96.9% and 33.3%,and the specificity was 94.3%,92.9% and 94.4%,respectively.The accordance of multiplex PCR with NG PCR,CT PCR and UU PCR was 100%,97.4% and 41.3,respectively.Conclusion:The multiplex PCR is a simple,sensitive and specific procedure to detect NG,CT,UU in urogenital infections,and provides a preliminarily effective method to diffrentiate UU normal colonization from its pathogenetic condition.
