摘要
根据液压支架运动学及力学分析,在满足强度要求的条件下,采用多目标数学模型参数优化的分析方法,对支架四连杆机构进行优化设计。以Visual Basic6.0为平台开发了一套优化软件,实现了液压支架四连杆机构的参数优化设计,并以实例进行了验证,为液压支架的研制和改进提供了参考。
Based on the kinematical and mechanical analysis,the parameter optimization of the linkage mechanism in hydraulic support was achieved for multiple objective functions under the condition of satisfying strength requirements.The relevant optimization software was developed using Visual Basic 6.0.The parameter optimization design of four-bar linkage was realized,and an example was applied by the software.The results provide some references for the development and improvement of hydraulic supports.
