摘要
三维卷曲涤纶中空纤维生产 ,可以通过调节无油丝粘度 ,提高环吹风速 ,来强化不对称冷却吹风效果。借助于 WA XD、分子质量及分子质量分布等测试分析手段对风速调整前后纤维的结构变化进行了对比测试。结果表明 ,粘度是影响生产稳定运行的关键指标之一 ,提高螺杆温度 ,降低熔体粘度 ,相应提高环吹风速 ,强化不对称冷却吹风效果 ,可以提高产品质量和成品结晶度。
During the process of three- dimensional hollow fibre,unsymmetrical quenching effect can be strengthened by reducing viscosity of filament and enhancing quench air velocity correspondly.Contrast analyses are conducted by means of WAXD,molecule and molecular dispersion.The test result shows that viscosity is a key parameter which affects stable production.It is also found that the methods of increasing extruder′s temperature and decreasing the melt viscosity can correspondly enhance the quench air velocity to strengthen unsymmetrical quenching effect so that quality and crystallinity of the hollow fibre are improved.
