摘要
简析潜孔钻机液压行驶驱动系统的结构组成及其工作原理,结合钻机的行走工况,推导变量泵-马达液压驱动系统行走速度效率的数学模型,并对容积效率、机械效率与钻机行走速度之间的总效率关系进行深入研究,得出不同工况下钻机最优效率的行走速度范围及泵-马达排量控制合理的范围。为同类工程车辆行驶液压驱动系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一个新的途径。
